Clinical documentation can be important for clinical quality of care, communication among providers, communication with patients, billing purposes, and for defense of your care should adverse outcomes or allegations arise.
This session will focus on the essential elements of documentation and the situations where it truly “matters.” Best practices for templates, voice transcription, scribing (including remote scribing), and AI-assisted documentation will also be discussed.
